Consistency Fail!
My workouts & nutrition have been consistent, but my blogging has not! ;(
I’ll be ready to relaunch soon!
Finally arrived!
I am SUPER excited about my FitBook getting here! I love this little guy already!
Today I ate a pretty good breakfast – whole grain slice of toast, almonds & black coffee w tbsp of organic cane sugar. I literally killed the elliptical tonight at the gym! I printed up a workout sheet for it on FitSugar.com and it was pretty intense! My work out buddy and I did an hour of Pilates afterwards that was harder than usual (which is a good thing). All in all it was a good day. For dinner I had a veggie burger (90 cal) on thin whole grain sandwhich rounds (only 100 cal each) Not too bad!
Early Dinner
Stopped at the mall earlier to take in my Macbook. Decided on Chic Fil A for dinner. Chargrilled Chicken Salad, no croutons, half package of ranch. 370 cals.
Breakfast at 12:30pm
Waking up at noon today felt wonderful. After I realized all the things I had to do today…..eh not so much. After starting my Get Fit Challenge in January (1st to be exact) I had to force my self to eat breakfast. Not just early in the morning, but whatever hour of the day I wake up. I am glad to say I have gotten used to it & can’t go a day with out it! This morning, or ‘afternoon’ I had a simple yet satisfying breakfast. I was debating soy milk, which I only have with coffee, I decided on water. Two whole eggs cooked over easy with a tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper & a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese (Garlic & Herbs flavor). Also finished it off with half cup organic low fat vanilla yogurt with half a banana sliced. All together it was about 400 cal. Not too bad!
